Not confirming bookings
Not confirming bookings and taking payment is very inappropriate. Especially while not refunding until 3-5 business days and also not offering the same price point and sailing times for a replacement booking.

My ferry experience
My ferry experience from Stockholm to Turku and the other way round, was excellent. Everything was smooth and well organized from start to finish. The ship was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the journey itself was very enjoyable. I especially appreciated how relaxing it was to travel this way, with beautiful views along the route. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable trip, and I would definitely recommend it.

WARNING
WARNING! Booked ferry Holyhead to Dublin and paid £30 extra to upgrade to Flexi which clearly said can be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure; we then found better route, Liverpool to Belfast ( again through Direct Ferries) so cancelled first booking within 1 hour , but had e mail informing we cannot cancel, they wont refund £550 - so have paid almost £1100 for the journey
No contact number, all correspondence done online. Made further appeal and now waiting
