Simple and Explicit Info Needed Here!
It was confusing using this site. It took a while to find the booking page and there were no clear indication of charges,eg, booking fees or discounts for seniors.
It was even more difficult attempting to find your customer contact details. I had to keep digging before I was successful.

I love a good user experience!
I love a carefully crafted user experience, with offers made appropriately; genuinely useful, and this user journey for the ferry tickets met every bar for that.
The prices were genuinely the best available, and immediately I had confirmation of what to do next after purchase. Great job!

The app had options we weren't seeing on our phone website browser-glad we downloaded it for ease of use while on vacation. Highly recommend!
Nightmare!!
Nightmare! Really rubbish Customer Service, we booked what should have been a straight forward crossing on 28/7 from Guernsey to Jersey (one way ticket for two of us) They issued tickets with the incorrect details on not just once but three times! It was the day before we were due to sail and we were panicking as Direct Ferries are very slow getting back to you. They have no published Customer Service phone number so you can only contcat them via email. In the end we lost all faith in them so we ended up taking time out of our holiday and travelling to the ferry port to speak direct to the Ferry Operator ourselves who promptly corrected the mistakes and issued us with correct tickets. Booking direct is much cheaper too we will never use this agent again. We are now trying to get a refund but they are refusing

Fast and clear - banking app link little confusing
The payment process was confusing because of link to my bank app. Took two attempts and my bank approved twice but only one worked your end.

Booking was simple and quick.
Easy, but . .
Easy and informative. Not happy that you put a hidden charge in at the last minute. Feels rather exploitative.
