I would have rated it 5 star, but for the following irritation.
I made the booking online without any issues at all.
We're from the UK and made sure we arrived at Shed B early on the day and joined the queue.
Once boarding opened and we found ourselves facing the check in person, we were told that we could not board based on the information emailed to me three days before. I was told that I needed to leave the queue and go across the parking lot to a little ticket booth to collect my tickets.
My wife and I ended up being the last tourists to board as a result, which was a serious irritation, given our efforts to ensure that we were in the queue early.
