From the very first meeting, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at the funeral directors was exceptional. During such a difficult time, nothing was ever too much trouble, and every question or request I had was dealt with patiently and kindly.
A special thank you to Vicki, who was absolutely amazing throughout. She went above and beyond to support me, keeping me informed every step of the way and making what was an incredibly painful experience just that little bit easier. Her kindness, empathy and attention to detail meant so much.
The service provided was flawless, and my mum received the dignified and respectful farewell she deserved. I cannot thank the whole team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, compassionate and professional funeral directors.

The Funeral arrangements were organised smoothly.
When I visted to say my final goodbyes it was done very respectfully.
The Funeral went smoothly with no problems.
They give the correct amount of attention to us that we needed/wanted, which was Perfect for us.
We were aware that they were available if we required it.

Very easy process. Great thing is you can add things later if undecided about everything at the time.
Felt relaxed even though none of us want to think about the inevitable outcome, hopefully that’s a long way off.
Just piece of mind for family that things are sorted.

Such a easy thing to do while it's upsetting at the same time... Policy is sold with no help. Everything done the way the customer wants

We had used Dignity for my Dads funeral four years ago and it was our first dealings and felt so supported and listened to as we knew none of his wishes as everything happened so fast. I’ve then used them again very recently for my mum. Again I can’t thank staff enough for their help and support at such a distressing time.
When they approached me about a funeral plan I didn’t hesitate. Knowing Mum’s wishes made planning for her easier and I figured that my husband or brother would appreciate it if everything was already planned so they didn’t have that stress when the time comes.
Again the staff were so helpful, genuine and friendly that it seemed so natural and positive planning my funeral. They were clear about not being able to tell me what to chose but helped me by letting me ask questions that I had concerns about.
I’m happier now knowing that things are in place and if I want to make changes at any time to my plan I can. More so that when the time comes my family don’t need to worry about where they are getting the finances to cover my funeral as it’s all prepaid as well as planned.

inaccurate information regards local church sites and their conditions given, local staff unable to assist with updates, updating via head office was time consuming and fraught with problems. The plan only covers certain aspects of a funeral and still leaves further outstanding costs which were not made clear if the question wasn't asked. It was easier to cancel my plan and start again.
Too much to mention regards other issues but it has been overly stressful and I wouldn't recommend to others to take out a plan.
The local staff are compassionate and caring but clearly lack support from Dignity.
