Problem solved quickly and a refund given
Queen was very efficient at sorting out the problem and helped to sort out the problem fairly quickly and the refund. Also was very good at keeping me up to date as to what was happening.

Excellent Customer Support and Quick Resolution
I recently experienced an issue accessing my Digistore24 account from my desktop and was getting an OTPWR1 error. Although I could still access my account from my phone, I was unable to log in from my computer.
I contacted Digistore24 support, and Masoora handled my case. She was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire verification process. She carefully investigated the issue, verified my account, and ultimately updated my account settings to allow access from different IP addresses.
After the changes were made, I was able to successfully log in from my desktop and the issue was completely resolved.
I really appreciate the excellent customer support and the effort Masoora put into resolving my problem. Thank you, Masoora, and the Digistore24 team!

I explained to the company thinking I'd never get the money back but Queen at customer services told me what to do. Still fearing the worst, I did what she said and shortly after a full refund arrived in my bank account.
Faith in human decency was restored.
