I was misinformed about having to setup money machines and I couldn’t figure it out so I contacted customer service and got a refund because I couldn’t figure it out! Other than that I’m sure it works great for other people just not a good fit for me!

Customer service is fantastic
Have not read any of their books, but I have had an experience with their customer support. I had made a mistake in my ordering; and emailed them right away thinking I was going to be stuck with my mistake. They were quick to respond and handled my issue with positivity and understanding. I was refunded immediately with no further questions or complications.
