All staff were professional, helpful and polite, particularly 'Debbie' who cared for me and my disability throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about the sofa, the fabrics and all extra care warranties that are available.
Debbie was able to answer any questions I had very promptly and she was not 'pushy' for a sale . If I should be looking for any other furniture in future, I would be happy to go back to her for advice and support. Thankyou Debbie

Went through to Teesside Park store and the gent I got helped me with what I was after... I had been on the website previously and took pictures of the suites I liked with the snuggle chair...
I showed him the pictures I had taken and he pointed out which was which... Nothing was too much trouble even had a cuppa ☺️ Told me everything about the Leather and how it should be treated and what not to use on it etc.... Overall a very pleasant trip and one sofa and snuggle chair ordered ☺️ .

Excellent customer service and he was very informative about our new sofas, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and not pushy like some salesmen can be. Over all an really good experience

After spending many days looking round various stores we visited DFS Teesside Park, and it made a refreshing change no to be pressed into making a decision .
After looking round the store and trying several suites we spoke to one of the sales team, “Lucy” who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out the various differences in the suites we liked she was very patient and understanding in our choice making moving round the store several times sitting on different sofas.
After much deliberation we (the wife) picked the one we wanted and we were guided through the various options of materials and sofa sizes, finally making a choice.
We also mentioned that we wanted a dining room table and chairs, and once again were shown and helped in making a choice.
All in all a very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend this store, and a big thank to Lucy!

Amazing first sofa-buying experience!
Buying our first sofa for our first home together was so exciting, but we had no idea where to start! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us.
Lucy was absolutely amazing — so informative, honest, funny and genuinely lovely. She made everything feel so relaxed and engaging, like we were chatting to a friend. She had a wonderful warm and welcoming personality and made the whole experience so enjoyable.
She somehow knew exactly what we wanted and showed us the perfect sofa on the first one we looked at! We absolutely loved it straight away.
We also had a good laugh about accidentally buying my boyfriend a hot pink sofa instead of the one we wanted, which I still find hilarious!
Lucy made our first sofa-buying experience so easy and enjoyable, and we left feeling so excited for our first home. The quality of the sofa and the packages DFS offer were fantastic and we are so excited for it to arrive.
