DFS Furniture - Stockton Reviews 

We ordered a sofa with Warren at the Stockton branch. We originally showed him a sofa we wanted online and he found us an even better one in store. He let us look around whilst we made our final decision. We then placed an order got a care package and a rug too. When I got home I realised I ordered the wrong size and it wouldn’t fit. I got in touch with customer services and Warren rang me straight back and rectified it. The service was amazing and the staff were really helpful even showing us a rug that would compliment the sofa.

Upsold to a lay z boy sofa as apparently it was the best of the best, high up and suitable for a taller gent (as it was suitable for shaq) after 6 months the sofa has dropped so low on one side it's uncomfortable to even sit on! (Bum hits the base and knees end up under your chin) Apparently this is within the 30% natural drop of the cushions! On 2 occasions they've sent there staff round to check, both have reported back that the cushions are within the 30%, although the 2nd guy did agree it felt like an awkward sitting position, but he could only report back on the cushions apparently.
After having to call back for a 3rd time as no one had bothered to call back, spoke to a gent today who's offered to replace the cushion foam, not that I think this will solve the issue, but if that's what they want to try that's up to them, I may add this was offered as a good will gesture!! Which I found to be an insult considering we paid extra to cover this sort of issue!
So id say avoid there insurance and warranty bull crap as I've found them not to be helpful.
Currently stuck paying 2k for a sofa that's absolutely crap!

Buying here was an absolute delight! Would very highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful

I have just visited the Stockton branch, assisted by Rav & Toni. They were absolutely fantastic people; helpful, knowledgeable and patient; offering advice and tips around getting the best options available to suit my requirements. No pushy sales; more akin to buying from a friend. Given their advice I opted to make a purchase there and then; thank you both so much; a wonderful experience and a real credit to the store.

Very good customer service from Warren.
Gave excellent advice about the items we were interested in and was very attentive throughout our visit.
Overall, we were happy with all of the advice and were happy to buy the furniture!
