Good customer service. Warm welcome by staff and Kay who served us was friendly, professional and patient. She took time to take us round to see the sofas that she felt would meet our specified needs. She did not rush us but allowed us time to decide without feeling pressurised. Lovely lady. Same experience with Temi who later had to confirm our order.

All good and positive experience buying my first sofa from DFS. Good price and was looked after by Joseph. I particularly liked there was no hard sell and you could look at sofas at your leisure without someone over your shoulder. Thank you Joseph and DFS Critalls Corner

Great customer service which was personalised to our needs. Staff in the sidcup store were great.
Price and delivery time was what we expected.

We met Joseph on Saturday who was great at finding us the right sofa and discussing the various options.
Went back to the store today and met a different guy (also called Joseph?) who was equally as helpful and was brilliant at explaining the process.

All the staff were welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. The lady Sana that served us was so patient and kind and really helped us make an informed choice. We had to go back and change our order size but had help from another member of staff Belle who was just as brilliant. Congratulations DFS your staff are fantacstic as are your products.

The level of customer service i recieved was 1st class as I spoke with 2 sales people Bay and Joseph who made me feel very welcomed and were very professional and patient, of which I made a second visit to the store and purchased my very 1st sofa of which I am satisfied.

My experience was really good. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient. He took the time to show us different types of sofas and explained the different styles, sizes, and options available. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us useful suggestions without making us feel rushed or pressured. Overall, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us find the right sofa. I would definitely recommend the store for its great customer service and welcoming experience.

We were very happy with the staff at DFS Sidcup.
Our Sales advisor was amazing with product information and she was helpful and friendly too.
We have always gone to DFS Sidcup and purchased sofa's over the years, this is our fourth one.
However, we did try another store closer to us, but they were not as helpful. The quality of the sofas that we purchased over the years have been perfect and looking forward to receiving our new one soon.

Ed was great from the Sidcup branch he really showed he cared and was so easy to talk to. He also really knew his stuff!

Temi was fantastic and super helpful and knowledgable. We felt very relaxed and it was a great shopping experience. He wasn’t pushy or too sales lead, while still giving us all the extra options and information to make our purchase. We didn’t think we’d buy today, but after the great experience in store, especially with Temi, we thought to purchase! We chose the grand designs sofa which we instantly loved.

Jo was quite the most friendly and helpful person to buy our sofas from. Very kind, informative and helped us make a final decision on what to go for. Great service thank you!

Great friendly sales assistant

The lady who helped me was Kay in the Sidcup store. She was really honest and gave me plenty of time to go through options. Without her help i would not have bought the sofa and im very happy.
