Starting with Joseph at the DFS Sidcup store, who was very patient and answered all the questions we had in a very hospitable manner, we then dealt with Mary over the phone to close the deal. Mary was very cheerful and helpful and addressed all our concerns. It was a great experience altogether.

We went to one if your stores…
We went to one if your stores yesterday.
A member if your staff called BEN gave us exceptional service, he was extremely helpful, happy and nothing was too much trouble when we gave him our requirements and what we were looking for. Needless to say we made a purchase. Then we met Joseph who completed our purchase, another lovely member of staff who was also smiley and made us fell comfortable.
It was a pleasant experience and not at all stressful.
