Excellent customer service without hassle …
From entering the store we realised there was so much choice of sofas, colours, materials and cost. We hate being followed around by sales people and hassled. We were approached by Muz who asked if we needed any help. We explained that it was a matter of choice but we knew what we wanted. He respected what we said and left us alone but made sure we knew he would be there if we needed. We felt seen but also respected and this makes a massive difference.
We returned a week later to order the sofa. Muz looked after us. His knowledge of the products was great and he talked us through everything
A lesson to all sales people out there. Respect your customers and don’t hassle them and you’ll get the sale.

Less about trying to upsell . We pick a sofa and it can’t be delivered due its size but this one £900 more will fit. DFS is obviously in trouble so hires sharks as salesmen . Also heavily influenced techniques to include extras . We left with a pair of sliders which we will never use . Not presenting the breakdown of the cost ??? Even a used car salesman would do that ? Time pressure .’ If you don’t sign … you won’t get a delivery slot’. No cooling off period. There is no point me pointing this out it’s how you train your sales team. I feel fleeced .
