The sales person was really helpful with sizing and access. Offered a drink which was a lovely touch. Gave honest recommendations and double checked everything before I agreed. Very patient with me choosing between 2 options and colour.
Would definitely recommend and use DFS as my next choice of venue when looking at furniture!

we brought the Harlech sofa in a Grande…
we brought the Harlech sofa in a Grande and cuddler to the tune of £3666 the most i have ever spent on a sofa...well what a mistake from start to finish the delivery team were like dumb and dumber and had no feet for the sofa, they had to be delivered after. Then all the buttons on the sofa started to come off and this was delivered in Jan 2026 and its now Oct 2026 and its still happening, i would not recommend this sofa at all and the customer service has been far from what i would expect from such a large company ...very very poor DFS you must do better

I can completely understand your concerns if the goods received were not as anticipated, this is very disappointing to hear.
When we do receive furniture from the supplier this is packaged ready to go, if the feet have not been included in the packaging unfortunately the drivers would not be aware until they're in your home unwrapping the furniture. I can see you have brought your concerns with the buttons to our attention already and the team will be visiting to rectify this towards the end of the month. Apologies again for any inconvenience this may cause.
