We had a great experience at DFS! We recently bought our sofas and received excellent service from Beth. She was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to help us find the right combination to suit our room measurements and requirements.
Her advice and support made the whole process much easier, and we really appreciated her patience and expertise. Thank you, Beth, for such fantastic customer service!

We have visited DFE shop on Monday and that was very busy. We decided to return today and had a beautiful experience. Lovely girl, Beth assisted us on arrival and provided excellent service. Full of knowledge, warm smile and assisted with all our matters. We have bought what we looked and received all the guidance and advice with in less then an hour. Excellent experience! Great customer service from a lovely man and no pressure into buying something else

The experience at DFS fosse park was excellent. We were asked if we needed help with no pressure and was left alone to explore the show room , we went to the salesperson that first approached us and asked for some advice with was very thorough. We decided to purchase 3 items, the gentleman explained the different terms of buying and explained about buy insurance which we purchased. Over all a very pleasant customer service with a knowledgeable sales person making us feel at ease about the purchases

Walked around the store in my own time. Hitesh came over, I found him polite, very helpful and professional. He gave his time freely and I didn't feel rushed as I hadn't quite made my mind up. He explained everything clearly with no jargon.

Nice and Friendly staff, no pressure in buying. Once we were happy with our selection the staff designed a tailored payment package and confirmed everything a number of times.

The store at Fosse Park Leicester has lots of helpful and knowledgeable staff who are not too pushy in their sales. Hitesh was our sales advisor and he answered all our questions and provided a very friendly non-pushy service when we finally purchased from DFS.
