I purchased the Bravado brown leather…
I purchased the Bravado brown leather recliner sofa. It was delivered and installed and all looked fab. It is lovely and the reclining makes it so comfortable. It is hardly used by 2 adults and well looked after .Unfortunately after being 16 months old the colour came off one of the headrests looking very unsightly. As it was still under warranty they sent a service repair out 2 weeks from reporting. I was told this did not come under warranty as apparently you can't put your head on headrests this causes the colour to come off. Disappointed tried to dispute this to no avail..have now had to pay them to repair it as it looks a mess and have to wait 12 weeks for it to be fixed. Now cover it to prevent further colour loss . Would not recommend poor quality and service

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff
We were looking for a new sofa with sofa bed , I had already looked on line and had a couple I wanted to view. When we got there none of them were exactly what we wanted so speaking to a lovely staff member (sorry I can’t remember his name) he showed us one that fit the bill 100%. It was larger than we had looked at so a quick trip home to measure then straight back to place the order…. Can’t wait for delivery now 😁
