The sales customer service is very good ,very efficient but having spent some thousands of pounds the after sales service and quality was definitely not the best.

Only went back because we needed to get a couple matching pieces.

We visited the store in Edinburgh today to simply see a few selected sofas in person intending on ordering online at a later date. Euan checked on us to see if we needed a hand and talked us through the pros and cons of our choices. We were then directed to another sofa which not only met our requirements but completely surpassed them. Zero pressure and excellent product knowledge and within about 20 minutes we were placing our order. Euan is a credit to this store and his customer service is fantastic. Thank you so much again and we can’t wait for our new massaging sofa. And my own personal seat 😅 Thank you again.

Very helpful salesman

We were left to browse with no pressure. When we did require assistance, the sales person was helpful and knowledgeable.

Neil in the Edinburgh store was extremely helpful. Most of all though , gave me time to make a decision on my own without being pressured into buying something!
Not always in the case in other stores!

Great customer service upon arrival from the sales rep and when we spoke to her about what we were after she showed and demonstrated various styles until we found the right sofa for us.

I cannot fault DFS in any way. This is the third suite I’ve bought from them in 20 years and they are real quality and a great company to buy from. The salesman was brilliant, a good price, delivered well before expected and great delivery men. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

First of all the look and feel of the store. It felt very welcoming, well laid out and the products looked like really good quality. We were met with Zara who was very friendly, encouraging and extremely knowledgable about specific sofa set ups and knew immediately what would and would not suit or needs. We didn’t have all the information to hand about sizes but she helped us narrow down our choices. The second visit, having narrowed down our choices, Zara was able to discuss options with us in great detail. All with a very relaxed, professional and fun approach. It was a buying pleasure rather than a potential nightmare. We particularly enjoyed not being rushed or intimidated by pushy sales patter as that’s a real turn off.

Neil was great! I was being really indecisive but he answered all the questions I had with 100% effort, even showing us the difference options on the big screen, which was really helpful. He was really friendly, chatty and personable. We were greeted on arrival, the shop was bright, clean and had loads of options. Would definitely recommend this DFS branch.

Last shop we visited on the sofa hunt and had exactly what we needed. Should’ve went there first. Service was great
