Plenty of choice. Nice spacious store. Very pleasant staff. Not at all pushy, but there when you need assistance.
Would like to give a special shoutout for Danielle who helped us so much in making our final choice. When we came in store to place our order, we made the point of asking to speak to her. Once again, she was so helpful and thorough in taking our order. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

The lady that served me was amazing, she was very helpful, explained everything and showed me different options that I could have in my home. We have a small staircase and small doorways so I believed that only one option was available to me however I had multiple choices and chose a sofa we loved. Thank you.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Asha at DFS. From the moment we walked into the store, she made us feel welcome without being at all pushy. She started by asking if we'd seen any sofas online that we liked, then carefully showed us a range of options that matched our requirements, giving us plenty of choice. Being able to sit on each one and compare the comfort made choosing so much easier.

Asha took the time to explain the different materials, finishes and colour options, helping us find combinations that worked perfectly with the flooring sample we had brought with us. Her knowledge and patience were outstanding.

What impressed us most was that she genuinely wanted us to make the right decision. She was happy for us to visit another furniture store to compare sofas, with no pressure whatsoever to buy from DFS. That relaxed approach made the whole experience enjoyable and gave us complete confidence that we were making the right choice.

Before finalising the order, Asha even asked a colleague to double-check every detail to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. That extra attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Overall, the customer service from Asha was exceptional from start to finish. This is now our second sofa purchase from DFS in the last 14 months, and experiences like this are exactly why we returned. Asha is a real credit to DFS, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend both her and the company to anyone looking for a new sofa. A well-deserved 10 out of 10!
