Very helpful and friendly sales lady -Dawn.
She went above and beyond to help me and I even got a lovely cup of coffee!

Very friendly greeting and explained the layout of the store. We didnt feel under any pressure and browsed at leisure.

Welcomed when we first entered the store, werethen free to view the furniture, and received friendly and informative assistance when required. Left the store feeling happy and valued as a customer.

The customer service agent was helpful jn assisting us with making our purchase, pointing out options and taking the time to answer our questions. She did not try to pressure us into buying anything else.

We enjoyed our visit today to DFS Pipps Hill, where we ordered our new suite. This was our second visit, the first to view sofa’s and check sizes & different styles with the assistance of Dawn a member of staff.

No pressure on the customer, a nice welcome when you come through the door, good communication skills, pleasant to deal with.
My last Suite came from dfs, they are good quality, reasonable prices, something for everyone, most importantly there after care service is very good too.

My experience at dfs today was very good the guy we had was very polite and helpful and talked me through the whole procedure of when I was likely to receive my order.

We visited the Basildon branch as wanted to purchase a sofa. Dawn greeted us as soon as we arrived, asked us what we were looking for and guided us to some options. We quickly found one we liked and Dawn sat with us and explained the options in detail with us. Dawn was very helpful, polite, thorough and made us feel welcome, even offered us a refreshment whilst we were browsing. We had visited a few other rival furniture retailers earlier in the day which didn’t have what we wanted, and the welcome, options on offer and the customer service we experienced at DFS was the best by far that we had received that day.

All round great experience ie Staff asking if we needed help as soon as we entered shop, offering tea coffee and not uncomfortably pushing sales. Also being available when we needed assistance when making a purchase. we would highly recommend DFS
