I ordered 2 storage bedside cabinet
I ordered 2 storage bedside cabinet , not what I wanted but excepted when arrived , I was unable to return, NO telephone number / NO return address label, the only person who help me was on Facebook messenger name KAI , I was unable to download label and collection date and time . kAI give me 25% off to which i accepted . Being a OAP I was getting very frustrated , even try shop in Wigan and Manchester but telephones no longer in service. Will not be shopping on line again .
Just wanted address to return I would have taken parcel to post office myself and paid cost . Could not walk all the way but have a wheel chair to help me

Wrong product delivered and can’t return
I ordered lots of bottles of au de perfume and was sent the wrong ones! Yet I’m not allowed to return them!!!! Can’t get hold of any one either. So won’t be using Debenhams again needless to say.

Wrong colour
I ordered a Juicy branded bag, the image online the bag was pink and had a chocolate trim, when it arrived it was pink with a light tan/beige trim, I questioned it and was told I got the right bag, so either I received the wrong bag or the image is incorrect online.

Long wait for delivery
Long wait for delivery, then very difficult to return items, still waiting for acknowledgement from my returned items plus label to return a further item. Size of skirt was ordered XXL think must have the labeling mixed up differently not xxl!!
