Loved the item I purchased good value for money also I hadn’t seen this particular one anywhere else. Had a very easy time finding what I wanted and completing the purchase and then the item came slightly earlier than it was expected so all in all a very good experience.

Best price and dispatched quickly. But as usual Evri delivery delayed should have arrived yesterday then today. Now Saturday.
They are called Evri because Evri delivery is a problem and now they might miss my wife’s birthday can’t review product because it’s not here yet!!!

I ordered trainers which were detailed…
I ordered trainers which were detailed as white. The accompanying photo showed them as white with diamante trim and silver coloured trim on heel. They arrived with pink trim on heel and described as champagne. I reordered thinking this was a picking mistake but the same trainers arrived again. Disappointed that they weren't as shown on the photo.

Purchased an item that I had to return. I returned the item and provided the proof of postage certificate but Debenhams are saying it hasn’t arrived and are refusing to refund me £100. I’ll never purchase from Debenhams again.
