Charlatans! Don’t trust them.
Purchased a Fridge from their website. I also paid for extra something called Debenhams deliver plus. Which apparently gives 35 days extra extended returns policy, covers for lost or stolen items, £5 a Day compensation for every day over the delivery day given on purchase. The also apparently give instant support and a 48 payout. Well my delivery was late and no one acknowledges from the support team and when I contact Debenhams who I bought it through they just pass it off as not being their issues. They are useless…please do not use this company. I am filing a complaint with trading standards.

My order for two items was somehow…
My order for two items was somehow placed twice and I received and was charged double. I have lost count of the number of customer service assistants I have been in contact with. I had to escalate my case to PayPal. I have never had a situation like it with any other retail and will not shop with Debenhams again. There should be a phone number and a human being to speak to

Wrong product sent and left to deal with marketplace trader who is making it a difficult process from me to get a refund and arrange a return. They asked for proof twice! How do you send the wrong product in the first place. Not happy with Debenhams as they failed to provide adequate customer care at this time.

Didn't arrive when expected!
I am delighted with my order but not delighted with the courier service. It would be much better if you were using Royal Mail so your customers get their delivery on time. As soon as I noticed that you used Evri I knew I would not receive my delivery on time! Hence the poor score.
