Do not buy from Debenhams. Received items, they turned up and the quality was awful. Trying to return and it from an individual company that are refusing to give me the returns procedure.

Easy to order. My order was split as two items came from different places. Unfortunately one package arrived damaged and the trousers were stained on the waistband, so I had to return them. The second package contained a jacket from M & Co which I’m delighted with.

Good Value Vases
The vases were as expected and were brilliant for my purpose as using them to house my large cacti. My only concern is that they arrived in boxes within a damaged box and were rattling around in there boxes with no packaging. Fortunately thy arrived undamaged.

Charlatans! Don’t trust them.
Purchased a Fridge from their website. I also paid for extra something called Debenhams deliver plus. Which apparently gives 35 days extra extended returns policy, covers for lost or stolen items, £5 a Day compensation for every day over the delivery day given on purchase. The also apparently give instant support and a 48 payout. Well my delivery was late and no one acknowledges from the support team and when I contact Debenhams who I bought it through they just pass it off as not being their issues. They are useless…please do not use this company. I am filing a complaint with trading standards.
