Bought a Pandora necklace as a present…
Bought a Pandora necklace as a present on line. Received promptly. Nice necklace. Paid £4 for gift wrap. Not very impressed. Paper was dull with pale blue squashed bow and ribbon, I've removed it and will be wrapping it myself. So my advice, don't bother with the gift wrap.

Popped in today to enquire about a cheapish watch to take on holiday, left the store 20 minutes later with a lovely new piece that I cannot complain about at all, Service was fantastic and the whole experience was great from start to end. (Ross on wye)

Tried to order something with a 3 for 2…
I tried to order something with a 3-for-2 offer, but it didn’t work at the checkout. So i rang David Christopher Jewellers, and explained the situation, the man that answered was extremely helpful and apologised that it wasn’t working. He said that he would sort it out, and ring me back as soon as he had got it fixed. True to his word, he fixed it quickly and rang me to say it should now be working, and he stayed on the phone whilst I ordered the 3-for-2 again. It worked and I thanked him for resolving the issue so quickly.

Would never buy from there again . Brought my mum a gift but my sister brought the same so was a duplicate and would not refund me in store even though was not even a month since purchased . So now have a product I don’t need. Will buy from Pandora there selves in future as better policy .
