I had such a lovely experience at David Christopher in Fareham, especially considering how busy it was on a Saturday. Despite the store being full, the customer service was absolutely outstanding from the moment we walked in. The girls were so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they still took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed.

The girl that helped us explained the pre-loved collection in detail and was incredibly helpful when talking through the different gemstones and sizes available. She also went above and beyond by suggesting alternatives within Pandora when ring sizing was an issue, which was really appreciated.

It’s such a shame the store is closing down because the level of service and care we received was exceptional. A big thank you to the team for making the experience so enjoyable — you’ll be greatly missed in Fareham!

Went in to Fareham store to buy a 40th birthday . To be honest the customer service was non existent. No greeting when entering even though we were only one in store. 2 ladies carried on conversation and ignored us. When we asked to look at something she just plonked the tray down. Didn't offer any advice or alternatives. Although 20% off i would not return or recommend. We wanted pandora and would have spent more. Very disappointing 😞

The watch we'd chosen for our son's 40th wasn't available in the Fareham shop, but the lovely Karen phoned 2 other branches to source it. Staff in the Ross-on-Wye shop very kindly dispatched the watch to our home address with overnight tracking and it arrived before 9am as promised, so that we could have the gift for his special day.
We are so thankful for such great customer service and staff at both shops going above and beyond. 5* service.

Total scammers, stay away as they rip you off

Had a few questions regarding something I wanted to order, they were swift and friendly with their responses. The chain and pendant arrived, and it is so much better than the photograph. Extremely prompt delivery, will definitely be back to purchase again.

My order never arrived and they refused to refund me. I left a honest review on trust pillow but David Christopher reported it as defamatory, so they clearly can’t handle honest feedback. Makes you wonder how accurate their feedback score is as I imagine my feedback isn’t the only one they’ve reported.

Excellent service as usual. The watch I bought was as described on the website. It arrived quickly was well packaged and competitively priced.

Bought as a birthday present. Goods just as described. The only thing I would say was, you had to purchase through the klarna payment tool which means signing up for something you may not want. I phoned customer services to cancel this one goods received. It takes 30 days to process. I wouldn't have gone to all this trouble but I wanted a pandora charm for my granddaughter's birthday which was old stock and not available from pandora itself.
