Dacombes Of Wimborne Reviews 

Looking for a new cooker hood, we went first to John Lewis at Home in Poole and were disappointed to find not a singe cooker hood on display in their large kitchen appliance department. So we went to Dacombes in Wimborne, where we found two models of cooker hood on display and helpful sales staff. We chose one and it was delivered and fitted 8 days later by two very polite and helpful Dacombes fitters.

From assistance with buying the freezer to when it was delivered the service from Dacombes was exceptional.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Ordered TV on phone. Delivered & fixed up today with all streaming services.
Kindly carried my old phone & table to garage.

Needed a new machine & went to dacombes spoke to a very nice man called paul he was so helpful & showed me the best machine for my needs
He was so knowledgeable & answered all my questions he even managed to arrange to have my machine delivered before the original date
The washing machine delivery men were very helpful polite & efficient I would definitely use dacombes again & would happily recommend them to anyone

The title says it all. Exceptionally good communication and our dishwasher was fitted by an exceptionally good fitter who was extremely pleasant and helpful. And the price was the same as most of the big online sellers. Dacombes will be our go to store when we need another appliance.

Very friendly efficient men - a credit to the company!

When we visited the showroom we were attended to promptly and shown the items we were looking for, a washing machine. Our questions were answered professionally and after making a decision the paperwork was finished quickly with us leaving with the date of installation. We were phoned half an hour before 2 guys arrived during the alocated time. The job was done brilliantly with no mess and we are very satisfied with the whole experience

In store service very helpful and arranged delivery and removal of old appliance.
Delivery men called in advance to say on the way, quickly removed old oven and installed new, checked that it was working.
They even found time to advise me on the most suitable dishwasher that we will be purchasing in the near future. We will definitely purchase from Dacombes of Wimborne.

Great experience all round. Paul from the sales team was extremely knowledgeable on all products and Joe and Jakob who delivered my items, contacted me to say they were on their way and were careful and respectful of my property. At the time of placing my order I was unsure of the date I would need them, once they arrived Dacombes held them in their Store Room so they were ready for me when I needed them.

From the sales team to the delivery team everything went smoothly and successfully. Thank you!

The service we got from Dacombes was marvelous. They arranged to have the existing top enlarged to fit the new one.
Everything was done on schedule and with the highest quality of service. All the people who came were courteous and went above and beyond what was expected from them. I would certainly recommend them as a high quality company

Both covered their feet with plastic covers the other removed his shoes. I thought that was kind and respectful. I didn’t ask them to do so.

The perfect end to the Christmas holiday is not the death of your 11 year old dishwasher! With more entertaining to come. Dacombes featured the Which top scoring Bosch dishwasher at the market price and it was in stock. Two days later it was installed and the deceased was removed.

My delivery was smooth and professional. The removal of old machine and fitting of new appliance was carefully managed. Ed and Joe were polite and respected my property. I would recommend using this company to friends and family. Thank you

We bought a replacement Bosch washing machine with delivery, installation and recycling of our old machine. The price of the machine and the additional services were very competitive. They delivered the machine and did the installation, including stacking, on time and in less than an hour on the day. Their team was excellent. Great service at a low price !
