Wellingtons - always reliable and friendly
My freezer door was making a banging noise when I opened or shut it. I knew it was a problem with the housing so I phoned Wellingtons for help. THE NEXT DAY a fitter came and sorted the problem.
Well done. Couldn’t ask for more.

All good buying an integrated fridge from Wellingtons, excellent customer service. We paid for the full installation service but the team were surprised that it included fitting the door. They fitted it anyway and dealt with some fiddly wiring so we gave them a tip. So all in not the cheapest but it went well.

Dishwasher replacement
It was delivered on time by 2 very pleasant chaps who disconnected old dishwasher and removed it, and installed new one very efficiently and would not hesitate to use Wellingtons again for future kitchen appliances. Brilliant service from a local store.

New Oven
First time I have used Wellingtons, they were recommended by a relative and I was thoroughly impressed. Excellent service throughout the whole process, from making the initial order, confirming a convenient delivery time through to installation of the new oven. Will definitely be using Wellingtons again for any future electrical purchases.

Great service from Wellingtons, really good communication from start to finish. When there was a problem with the washing machine I ordered a solution that suited me was found really quickly and I didn’t have to suffer a delay in receiving my new machine. Would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish this purchase was a pleasure. Paul put my mind at rest he said he can get what I wanted, install it how I wanted and take away my old unit.
Chris came round to measure up he was a pleasure to talk to and you could tell he wanted to do a good job. He was happy it would all work and reassured me that it would all be OK.
Chris arrived with the new unit a few days later and installed it superbly even doing a bit of carpentry and showing us how it works. My wife was over the moon.
Great product great service.
Do not order units online and try a DIY install just to save a few pennies. Buy from a local decent store like wellingtons in Erith get them to install it and take away old units.
Anyone thinking of buying in SE London, and Dartford, Erith or surrounding areas in Kent pay them a visit. Ask for Paul or Chris.
