Fantastic customer service

On the 8.5.26 I bought a Mercedes C class Coupe vehicle from Mike.
I wish to extend my gratitude to Mike for providing me with fantastic customer service. He provided me with his in- depth knowledge of the vehicle and also facilitated a great deal on the vehicle. He went above and beyond what I expected from a salesman , and even gave me a lift to my other vehicle. He is definitely an asset to Dace Motor Group , and I sincerely hope that he will shortly be promoted to a managerial position. Thanks Mike !

Went to view a new car and Jack H went…

Went to view a new car and Jack H went above and beyond to help me out. Nothing was too much trouble, wasn’t pushing for a sale and gave me time to look around the car and test drive it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new car!

100% recommend!

I have recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Dace and I honestly could not be happier with the whole experience.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the showroom was immaculate and the standard of the cars was excellent. They’re even dog friendly! Lewis Worthington was fantastic, guided me through the whole process seamlessly and was the furthest thing from a pushy salesman. I’m not the sort of person who can make a decision on the spot, so it was amazing to have a salesman who was happy for me to take all of the time I needed whilst feeling no pressure.

As a woman who absolutely hates car shopping and usually finds it incredibly stressful, this has be an absolute breeze and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dace, and it would be the first dealership that I would return to for future cars! I absolutely love my new car and would like to say a huge thank you to Lewis and to everyone at Dace who makes it such an easy going, stress-free environment.

Highly recommended aftercare Jason Birch

It has been an absolute pleasure being helped by Jason Birch at Dace for after care support. I bought a car from Dace, which I've already posted a review for. There was a small issue but a niggling one. Spoke to Jason who arranged for an electrical engineer to come on site to investigate. Jason responded very quickly arranged a loan car as I'm out of town, explained everything very comprehensive managed to get the part, fixed the problem, and swapped cars back the following day. Could not fault in anyway. Excellent communication and responsiveness and achieved a rapid response and fix. Really happy, and I would highly reccomend Jason at Dace for the after care provided

Chantelle warranty lady

Chantelle , warranty lady was amazing
I had an issue with my car this says it all.
I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the whole experience. The warranty work on my Kadjar was completed to a very high standard, and everything has been running perfectly since.

Your professionalism throughout the process really stood out. You were accommodating, clear with communication, and made the whole situation feel easy and stress‑free. It genuinely felt like I was well looked after from start to finish.

I really appreciate the level of service you provided, and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Looked after me from enquiry to aftersales

From my first visit through to collection the sales team where very helpful, answered all my questions and where not pushy. When I collected the car it had been prepared, cleaned and finished to a high standard.

A couple of weeks after buying I had a warning light come on, Dace aftersales team looked after me, I booked the car back in, and they fixed the problem the same day I dropped it off. There was no quibble and they could not have been more helpful.

Noel

I recently bought a car from Dace though Noel and he was excellent, I was regularly kept in the loop with the car and what was going on, he was polite, didn’t mess around and made sure the car was perfect before me leaving in it. I’m really pleased with my experience and the car.

I recently sold a car to Dace motor company and could not be happier with the experience and customer service i received as a seller, i had a few similar valuations but I went with Dace not only for the more realistic market value offered but also their transparency and up front approach made a difference

Great service and fluid buying experience.

The car had been valeted to a good standard prior to myself picking the vehicle up and I can say that I am very pleased with my new car.
The Dace experience was fluid with no hidden agenda, I would recommend Dace Motor Company to any person who is considering buying a quality used German car.

Buyer from Scotland

We wanted to buy a car we saw at Dace but we live in Scotland.
We spoke to Lewis Worthington who was great to deal with. He gave us comprehensive information about the car including photos and videos and the buying process was fairly painless.
As we live further away we managed to agree delivery of the car at a competitive price and overall my daughter is delighted with her purchase!
