My product was received within the stated timeline.

The furniture we purchased was what we expected. The delivery (we ordered via Amazon) was very difficult. The item was back ordered. Amazon said it would be delivered on a particular date and then we received an email from Cymax saying the order would be canceled because it wouldn't be able to be delivered within a certain time frame. A very long, complex call to customer service resulted in canceling the original order, re-ordering (not without first being told the item was now more than $250 more than we had originally paid but they'd do us a "favor" and give us the item at the price we originally paid) and then finally getting the item. While everyone was very polite, it was a very frustrating experience with everyone's first response being, "Would you like to cancel the order?"

Just what I wanted. Sturdy and looks good.

I needed help assembling the the desk other than that it is a great desk. I look forward to using cymax again for my office needs.

First time customer with Cymax. The desk arrived very fast, putting it together was easy, the quality is surprisingly very good , I plan to do business again and find a matching file cabinet. I recommend Cymax to anyone looking for quality.

Contacting Them
WalMart forwarded my email to them on a question I had concerning Sorelle Adult Full Size Bed Conversion Rails for a crib I purchased from them via WalMart and said they would respond in so many business days.
Never got a response. I sent them an email via their web page. Never got a response. Called their contact number and don't get an option to speak to a customer service rep. Option was to enter the name of person I wanted to talk with.

Web site indicated 5 of a particular lamp in stock , ordered 3 recived 2. Packing list indicated 3 were shipped. Customer service says item is discontinued? Why is the product listed for purchase when not available??

Easy to place the order. It arrived on time and was a straight forward assembly. Fully satisfied. Thanks

Desk arrived by Fedex Ground in good shape with no dings on package Putting it together was a little challenging but it all worked out fine. For a mail order piece of furniture it really isn't a bad product. My daughter wanted it for her room to do her homework on and it has done quite well.

I love my new desk. The rep when ordering was efficient and completely helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed for our office make-over. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is three panels of the desk were broken when we opened the boxes. This is the delivery service, not Cymax but I hesitate to order again if that is how I will receive their product. Luckily we had a handyman who fixed the desk to fit safely and that it still looked great.

Easy to order, no shipping costs, and my order came quickly.

Chair is great quality and I'm completely satisfied with it. Shipping of the chair was a totally uncoordinated evolution on the Cymax side and caused me problems and concern.

ORDERING WAS EASY PROCEDURE. DELIVERY TIME WAS ACCURATE.
PACKAGING WAS ADEQUATE FOR SHIPPING.
ONE OF THE LEFT ARMS HAD A SCRATCH, PROBABLY FROM MANUFACTURER. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE PAINT TO COVER. THANK YOU.
