Cymax rep was helpful. Product vendor Bestar out of Canada sent 2 broken products. Bestar's customer service is lacking and Cymax skirted me off to them for a resolution. I would never purchase a product again from either company.

Desktop arrived broken. Contacted Cymax and followed directions. Followed up repeatedly asking them to ship replacement parts.

Crickets. No response. Zilch. Zero. Nada.

The ordering process went very smoothly and the product arrived quickly. I didn't get the piece assembled until quite some time after it got here because I didn't have anyone to help me. To that end, I would disagree that it is a simple assembly for the lay person as it took my friend - an engineer - a bit of time. It did have a small ding in one of the side pieces that detracts a bit. Overall it seems to be a sturdy piece but I haven't yet begun using it since I am having some work done in the area it will be going.

The item has been delivered promptly, although initially Cymax notified me that thy have contact a manufacturer to locate a warehouse where this item is available. The price of the item was unbeatable comparing with other websites

I ordered 6 chairs for the waiting area in my medical office. The chairs had to be assembled and 1 arrived broken. The chairs are beautiful; however, the material is not what I expected. I wish it were a more durable fabric that will tolerate many people sitting on them. We sprayed a stain protectant on them but I'm afraid they won't last long at all for the purpose I purchased them for. I hope that I'm wrong.

Beautiful as described. Had two very small marks on ONE lampshade. Well packed and arrived within 10 days of ordering.

I noticed several errors in the directions while I was putting together the bedroom set. Several of the pieces had some tiny nicks in them. The biggest problem was with the nightstand. The packing foam and the material around the foam, had gotten on one of the pieces and I couldn't get it off. It is almost as if the box had gotten wet at some point and the material dried into the piece. So, maybe rethink the pieces that are next to the foam. When I received the box, it was dry. I hope this helps!

I saw an ad for a wooden filing cabinet that I really liked. It was listed at $271, but when I went to checkout, the price was $299. I contacted CYMAX to ask if I could get the item for the original price it was listed at. John, in customer service, honored the originally listed price, shipped the item post haste and I received it in a short time. The cabinet truly is beautiful! May just end up ordering a second one.

The product came earlier than expected . I was informed very well of where my product was at all times.

Made the purchase,got it on Friday,it was too big for my needs and all the parts were not labeled for proper installation.I called first thing on Monday to arrange for a return and it not until the following Friday that I finally got a confirmation after many logged calls for return that would bill me for the shipment.I have since donated the piece.
