Very happy with my purchase

I would not buy from this company again order details are not clear I purchased a personalised item that now looks stupid and they will not change it.
Surely when the order was placed the company should have realised there was a mistake and message me about it 🤷‍♀️ to see if this was correct.
Customer service not great nor is the quality.
I will not be buying again.

It’s the 2nd time I’m ordering… unfortunately we broke one of the cups so reordering for grandpa

Before I placed an order I emailed twice (neither email was answered) to check the size of the personalised jug, because the videos showing the jug had a bunch of flowers in it and the jug was handled by two adult hands.
I went by the videos and ordered a jug. I was very disappointed, it was so small. So I sent another email and I’m still waiting for an answer.
Misleading video and Bad Customer Service 😡😡

Order a custom item where you were able to put 2 separate messages on it, 1 shown, 1 hidden, item arrived with the hidden message on show and the message we wanted on show, now hidden. Contacted the company twice to get this issue resolved ed and been completely ignored. Will never use the company again and would advise anyone to avoid these scammed, thanks for nothing, awful company with no existent customer care, avoid at all costs

Lovely!!! Just as pictured

I’ve ordered a customised mug shaped like a plant pot with the spoon shaped like a shovel.
It arrived after nearly 3 weeks (as I realised that the website in UK is just a kind of distribution centre(?) for the UK, but the company is actually based in China).
In the package there was the mug with my chosen character crooked printed instead of straight. And no spoon at all.
I’ve immediately contacted the “””customer service””” who answered after 12 hours and asked me to send a video of the mug so they could see what the issue was. Sent the video and reminded them that the wonky mug was “”ok”” but the main thing was that I’ve not received the shovel spoon which I had paid for.
Now, after a full week, and after 4 email from me, they did not contact me anymore.
Please, stay away from this company as you could be lucky and might receive what you have paid for, or you can not be lucky and they won’t give a dum to adjust their “””mistakes”””.

Complete crap. Waited almost 3 weeks for the product to arrive. The ‘glass’ was such poor quality we were sure if it was glass or plastic. The printing was faint and tiny and the bottom cracked during its first very gentle hand wash. Their ‘refund’ policy feels illegal as it says only valid for 30 days after the initial order however the shipping takes the best part of that. Complete junk.
