I have tried contacting these people, what I ordered was not what I received as in my previous reviews.
I have been in touch with trading standards. I have also sent a letter to the address on their website.

After doing a google search on this address I suspect this has nothing to do with this business they are using a false address as it comes up as Holland Road stays on Booking.com

There’s not much I can say out the product as this was bought for a present & this ladies birthday has not happened yet so I’ve still got it..but I am pleased with it. It was delivered & handed to my brother in law..it was about an hour later than the time you had posted. Apart from that everything was ok

Easy process to order items (2 mini keepsake urns) Excellent communication via emails to update on my order. Quick and safe delivery, again with good communication from the couriers. Once received items we're as described, Excellent quality. Thank you.

Order never arrived. Contacted them on multiple occasions but heard nothing. Finally they said as a “gesture of good will” they will remake the item if I cover 40% of the cost. So I paid for an item that I never received or got refunded for then they wanted me to pay a reduced amount for another. Avoid at all cost. Complete scam!!

My order CC-UK-300902 was delivered three weeks after the promised due date, and communication throughout was very poor. As it was intended as a gift, I had to spend money on an alternative because it didn't arrive in time.

I was offered a partial refund, but I never received it. They also failed to respond to my last email.

I'm very disappointed with the overall experience and would recommend avoiding this seller if you can.

Brilliant and different gift item. I had no problems navigating the website and it was so easy to pay.

Parcel marked as delivered although no item ever arrived, tried contacting the company through their support email, live chat and also instagram in which i have had no response in weeks, shambles

I would not buy from this company again order details are not clear I purchased a personalised item that now looks stupid and they will not change it.
Surely when the order was placed the company should have realised there was a mistake and message me about it 🤷‍♀️ to see if this was correct.
Customer service not great nor is the quality.
I will not be buying again.
