Very poor quality. Ordered a personalised glass for Father’s Day, it arrived late and smashed. I had to dispose of it because of the glass and then the company refused to refund! Could make a better glass myself.
Do not waste your money on this site!!

This website is a scam - The item comes from China and takes a lot longer to arrive than expected. The glass is extremely cheap quality and as soon as we put a drink in it, it cracked. Tried contacting them but no one replied - and the review left on their website disappears! They obviously pick and choose which reviews to post. Beware.

Terrible quality shipped from China. Don't fall for this scam and just go order directly from Chinese based apps for a fraction of the price. This could be a drop shipping interface. I ordered customized caps, advertised as "premium". The quality is very low, thin rough fabric and flimsy finishing. Stay away.

They’ve now replied! Usual feeble excuses because they were so busy, poor loves. Probably a hangover from Covid days as well. If they actually said we were rubbish, then you might have had some respect but to keep deflecting blame is pathetic. Also poor value, so well done overall NOT.

This review follows my previous review 29 June. An absolutely appalling customer experience, shame you cannot award zero stars! Anyway I ordered a mug and spoon for my wife as a gift, the mug arrived but no spoon! I emailed them FOUR times before I got a reply with the standard excuses SO BUSY! Rather than taking responsibility the customer service team ‘tefloned it’ not me guv we don’t pack the items. How incredibly unprofessional. The spoon has now arrived and I can draw a line under this shockingly bad experience. I won’t buy anything from Custom Chic again and won’t recommend them. They’ve got some good reviews so it seems like they they’re bothered with the bad ones!

I ordered a personalised golf ball key ring for a 70th birthday present. What did I get!!!! Yes it was personalised but it was a piece of cheap plastic. NOT what I was expecting. So so disappointed.

My order has not been delivered yet, but so far so good. Will add another review when i have the product.

Product a little smaller than expected but lovely just the same. Postage a little pricey.

No response from customer sevice, order took weeks to arrive. Thought thus was a UK based company with UK stock but my order came from China. It arrived and I've never been so mad. Total scam. I spent £45 on something I couldn't even gift as the quality was so poor. A football glass which was laughable. A terrible transfer on it which has the appearance of a sticker and a personalised whiskey glass which I wouldn't buy for 50p in the shop. Extremely poor. Do not buy and i suggest Facebook stop promoting their buisness as thats how I ordered from them. Worse quality than temu. At least temu are cheap. This company have ripped thousands of people off. Negative comments are deleted on Facebook. You've been warned!

The item was delivered promptly and it was exactly as I expected it to be. Fantastic service.

Avoid!
I ordered a World Cup glass for father's day from my kids. Took longer than stated to be delivered meaning it arrived after father's day. I opened and straight away incredibly disappointed. Feels very cheap and feels like plastic, poor quality. The glass had a water mark built into the glass and the print was faulty also. I contacted them and they said it was acceptable manufacturing standards. I asked to return as faulty but refused. I did get a 15% refund but that was a struggle and to be honest really don't want it for the bad quality and expensive cost. Will never use this company again.

Ordered x Trophy Football Glass. Upon delivery the parcel looks like it has been squashed and the contents rattled. Once the parcel was opened, the glass was broken. It could have been the fault of Evri, however I have received no reply from support.

It was so easy to select the colour of the hat, the grandparent and the cute pictures and names of the grandchildren. It all works very well. Looking forward to receiving the hat.

Ordered the family world cup glass for my partner for Father’s Day I ordered 2-3 weeks beforehand didn’t arrive for Father’s Day it arrived a week later and when I opened it, it was completely smashed to pieces. It was only in a cardboard box and Jiffy bag. They say they are based in London, which they are not as tracking info said it come from china. Been trying to email since I received the broken glass it’s taken 4 emails and no reply yet. Absolute disgrace of a company will never use again.

I ordered a cap for Father's Day. Easy to oder, but took over two weeks to arrive. I advise ordering well in advance. It is really lovely though
