Goods are value for money. Delivery in time.

Absolutely amazing, from the moment we walked in. Joel was attentive and very informative, he answered numerous questions we had, he was able to recommend products and explain insurance cover too. 10/10 experience. He’s a credit to curry’s workforce.

Dee was very helpful and gave us a list of all the options so that we could form a judgement. He was nice and understanding through the whole process, making the experience very pleasant and stress-free.

When going to curry’s at Farnborough Gate. I selected a washing machine I asked three different people for help.After a good 20mins a lady appeared very apologetic about me having to wait she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the purchase I was going to make.my problem was with all the staff walking around with iPads and clipboards not one offered an assistance it was not as if the shop was busy.surely it is in everyone’s interest to approach customers and ask if they need help.

The web site was really difficult to use I almost gave up on it ! I eventually l found what I was looking for , went to purchase it, found the curry credit terms were extionate , so I decided to purchase it in an interest free credit card. We paid for next day delivery , which was excellent we also paid for them to remove the old one .

Easy to order. Kept me updated on delivery. The two guys who delivered rang me to let me know they were on their way. They were both very professional and friendly and very considerate and courteous, and caused no disruption. We were very pleased, their names were Sean and Aaron.

I ordered a HONOR MagicPad 4 12.3" Tablet on 29 August, product code 714597. Both my order confirmation and my sales receipt of that date describe it as the 512 GB model, £549.99.

What arrived was the 256 GB model. It was collected on 1 September and replaced - with another 256 GB. A third has now been raised against the same product code, so it will be wrong again.

The reason is in Currys' own paperwork. The replacement receipt issued to me on 17 September describes the same product code 714597, at the same £549.99, as the 256 GB model. The description attached to that code has been changed since I bought it. Every advisor I speak to now sees 256 GB on screen and tells me the order is correct, which is why three deliveries have been identical.

I am not asking for a refund. I want the item I was sold and paid for. I would like someone who can look beyond the current product record to compare the 29 August receipt with the 17 September one - same order, same code, same price, two different descriptions - and put this right.

Bought a Fire TV and unpacked. Soon realised it was not going to do what I wanted. Contacted customer service who say terms and conditions mean I cannot return for a refund.

Delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Customer service was great. The staff was very helpful in choosing the item I was looking for. Thank you.

Arrived on time, fitted dishwasher but had to leave the kick board off as door would not open. Have now had to arrange for this to be remedied at my expense.
Also, did not tighten up plumbing under the sink so had water leak on first use. I've now sorted.
Not a great experience overall.

Our electric oven packed up, this week.
Went on line to get the best price and availability. Curry's came up, great price, and instore.
Paid and collected the same day.

I was given a time frame within which the items would be delivered - that helps with planning one’s day. I subsequently received a mobile phone call indicating that delivery would be within 10 minutes - which happened, very good. Goods were off loaded, all good. The system works. Thank you.
