Cancelled order! after the delivery driver called to deliver fridge freezer earlier than expected , but on the receipt it was for between 1:00pm and 16:49pm, he said his van had broken down and had a replacement van and was in my area 11:00am. I explained that was not suitable as I was working he said he would need to reschedule delivery as if this was my fault! I asked him to call me back in a few minutes and I would try and get someone to go to my house earlier but no one was available. He appears at my door (ring doorbell) at 12:08pm, My husband and I tried calling him, but he did not answer, my husband took a half day off work to be there for original delivery slot, absolutely shocking, no Customer support here!the rude driver wanted to deliver to suit him and not us the Full Paying Customer, Absolutely Never had service like this Ever! my husband called Curry’s customer services to be told that the driver could not come back for the original time slot as he was already back at the depot! I don’t think Curry’s will be getting mine or my families business from now on. The store staff at Bishopbriggs were great, but you need to train your delivery driver some good basic customer services.

Never had any issues with Currys! Always friendly staff when I ask for help or wish to purchase anything!

First went to curry's breahead they didn't have what I was looking for the member of staff went on to his tablet and found curry's Bishopbriggs had it in Stock went there and member of staff got the item for me then explained all the details for me very helpful staff well done curry's at both stores
