Screw this scammers, i bought and instantly canceled the subscription and they kept clinging on me for why i canceled ! what a bunch of loser forcing clients to their website ! why can't they just play fair ; a complete shame to the world of anime

Absolute dogshit app that costs too much plus doesn’t have the anime I want the piracy websites are better and yet yall keep taking them down when you guys were a piracy app

Terrible selection of anime. And they attack sites that offer better selections just for being free. Their dubs are also infamous for having political agendas sown into them. Their own shows are awful too. The ONLY reason why anyone even uses this platform anymore is because there is nowhere else to go it seems to watch good quality animes, besides other shitty streaming services such as Netflix that is. I have an idea, Crunchyroll, how about instead of going after platforms and services that are better than yours, you start improving your own platform/service? Just a thought. You might see better results that way. As Gabe Newell once said "Piracy is almost always a service problem and not a pricing problem".

Honestly it's so bad, it doesnt have anime we want so we go to a pirating website AND THEY TAKE IT DOWN

I hope this service shut down, the service is realy bad, price are too high and they ruin people fun by shutting down others anime site thinking it will help them

Their selection keeps getting smaller, their subtitles keep getting worse, and the prices keep getting higher.

Subtitle manipulation to push political agendas, censorship of anime's they do not like/agree with. Their website is slow, riddled with bugs, they very often get hack, leaking YOUR information with no accountability. Prices only ever go up at the same time as them taking basic features away, like a simply comment section. They sell your data to third party companies and try harder to get pirating websites shut down then fix their attitudes and website. Let the company die! Stop your sub! Find an alternative! There is no coming back, let another website rise up from their much needed grave.

Unhinged prices and anti-market practices. If you buy a subscription you give them the budget to strip free stuff away from you and sell it back for a huge price.

literally shutting down other sites when they cant even provide the selection the users want. meaning that they are not losing out on money or anything, AS THEY DONT EVEN STREAM THE SERIES.

The app isn't stable - sometimes it'll play an episode fine. Other times (and more often than not) it'll skip 5-7 seconds constantly across the episode. It's not the network or device and no other streaming service has issues - it's crunchyroll. You need to clear out the cache and constantly close and reopen the app for it to start working correctly. Complete junk and I'm canceling since I spend most my time trying to get an episode to play. I purchased a monthly membership. Well they got the money from the account i selected then 2 hours later they took put another monthly membership for the same account but on another card. When i asked for a refund they refused saying its not i. Their guidelines. First how do i even buy 2 memberships of the same month and time for the same account .. yeah bull! The subs and dubs on this app are not appearing anymore the interface doesn't load right or you the same show 7 times in a row on whatever list you browsing

Extremely would not recommend this Garbage website, Over pricing and Under delivering. Some if not most of the Subs feel like an AI translated. Cutting out the real people to hoard your cash, Taking away my Favorite anime's or not bring out new ones that i have waiting for even if they are smaller. Horrible customer service. Just a bad deal, At least Netflix is reliable.

I purchased a Crunchyroll subscription in India expecting access to a decent anime library, but was extremely disappointed. The content available is severely limited compared to other regions, with very few quality titles to choose from. While I understand licensing restrictions exist, the subscription price doesn't reflect the minimal content actually available to Indian users. The platform feels like paying premium prices for a bare-bones service. I cannot recommend this subscription to anyone in India - the value for money simply isn't there.
