Good & Bad
The good part was the help I had from Claire with the delivery of my order. The courier sent the parts back instead of trying to deliver to my house again. The dies were finally successfully delivered.
There is however a quality problem. I used the M2 die on Saturday to thread a piece of 2mm diameter silver steel. After completing a 12mm length of thread part of the die cracked.
I held the rod in the chuck of my lathe, the die in a precision holder in the tail stock, and used Rocol cutting compound. The die was turned by hand. I have cut many threads in this manner before without breaking one die.
I purchased a high speed steel die on purpose so that it would last. This shouldn’t happen to a quality product so I believe it must have been manufactured incorrectly. I would therefore like either a replacement M2 die or a refund for it.
Once again your help would be greatly appreciated.

We were very disappointed to have to wait a month for the fan, the website having indicated the item was in stock and would be delivered in a few days. Company kept us informed though and fan duly arrived. Worth waiting for as it is an excellent product, very efficient and very quiet for a big fan…have only needed to use it on lowest setting so far. Delighted! Thank you.

While delivery was quick and I was happy with the products, you double charged me and then did not respond to my email asking for it to be resolved. I've opened a dispute with PayPal.

That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate how disappointing this experience was, particularly when you had to take the additional step of raising a dispute through PayPal.
Following our investigation, we identified that an internal payment processing error resulted in a duplicate payment being taken. We can confirm that the duplicate payment has now been fully refunded, and confirmation of the refund has been provided.

Promise a lot - don't deliver
Accepted an order for a product that was not in stock promising speedy delivery. Turns out they would not be able to send the item until 2027. They expressed regrets but not apology. Avoid - they are full of promises that they do not deliver
