These people are absolutely scumbags….i went online to look up lvnv funding and i clicked on link to be connected with these people who claimed to be representing lvnv….I offered to pay my debt and was told no we can’t take your money because we violated your rights….you need a credit service to remove our mistake….its $499.00 and will be fixed in 30 days….after 750.00 later and 3 months nothing changed….i wish cancer on everyone in your company…you people are a stain on society!!!!

They are very thorough and informative while looking out for my best interest. They explained my options and how I can use additional credit monitoring if I want even. They let me know why accounts are in dispute as well, so I can understand the process such as if a creditor only reported to one credit bureau but was supposed to report to multiple credit bureaus. They also took there time helping me input my info to their improved platform.

I had Christopher brown helping me I was so pleased by how he helped me he very good at explaining things he helped me so well and walked me through every step i appreciate him so much he’s a good worker

The best part was talking to a human. Not this AI garbage. He was extremely helpful, timely and kind. For my situation, this was a great experience and I want to thank them for not using AI. Everything got done that was needed, plus extra helpful information. The human touch. Not a dumb algorithm.

This company does nothing for you!!!!! Its a scam set up all they do is take your money and lie, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DONT BE STUPID

Customer service

Horrible. Does not fulfill promises. Customer service reps are rude. Quick to hang up. Managers are never available. Until you advise you will file a complaint. Kimberly D manager is HORRIBLE. Requested refund within timeframe, per her, “system does not allow refunds.” Manager disconnected call after requesting to further escalate. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They seem to love to rob people.

Today I contacted this company to handle some issues on my credit report. I was in contact with Chris Brown who was super helpful and knowledgeable with helping me out through my credit report. He was very friendly and fun to talk through during the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolute scam misleading sales tactics I explicitly told him I do not want to be signed up for their service and I did not authorize anything but the first two payments to come out of my card and they still sign me up and charge me $99 in which they told me they wouldn't refund until I told them I would contact my lawyer as it is in recorded call that I did not authorize this transaction nor your subscription service it wasn't until I mention my lawyer that they gave me the refund stay away from this company they are absolutely scammers

Don’t waste your time to enroll or register. They just want your money. And hard to refund. Not just a month for me there services doesn’t help me and they took my money $1,777 where is the justice?

This is a scam! Don't be fooled like i was. All promises to delete collections were all lies! Please spare yourself from useless fees that they charge. You can do what they do on your own. Did you notice all reviews are scripted? Dont be fooled please!

We worked this morning with Chantel to discover that TruAccord had mistakenly or fraudulently signed my daughter up for a collections debit from her checking account. Chantel was extremely patient with both my wife and I, and she was incredibly thorough, professional and kind. Not only would I recommend her to anyone, if I were her manager I would give her an immediate raise!
