These individuals are highly professional, someone from this company called me in attempt to collect a claim! Saying I had to pay off an outstanding balance in full, I never heard of them , they asked me for identifying information and I declined with out validating proof of a claim ! When asked to speak to a manager I was denied because I had to provide my information first

The associate Charles withheld information to get a sale, and I did not find out until after I reviewed the documents myself that this is not the collections agency I was trying to pay back.

Well so far so good we will see how it goes after the disputes go through to the credit bureaus, hopefully they can get them removed as promised off.My account

Update as of 06/29/2026 STILL TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM A CARD I NO LONGER EVEN HAVE LOL. Kept trying to take the money off of my card for $99 since yesterday even though it kept declining! Literally all day yesterday & Just tried to charge my card for $99 30 minutes ago! Who told yall to do that??!!?!?!!!! Thank God for my bank! Do Not Recommend!
