We had a mix up where they charged me during a trial period. I had clicked something to trigger it, but it wasn't clear to me that would do it. I expected it was a scam and they would blow me off. Nope. Refunded me with no issue. I'll be going to them when I'm ready for the files, no doubt. Great service.

Exceptional Service at Creative Fabrica!
Creative Fabrica is one of my favorite places. I could spend hours looking through their 1000s of PNGs and Fonts! I recently needed to speak to customer service and that was great as well. The free trial ends with a transaction…
The free trial ends with an automatic transaction of more than €50. Be careful, there's nothing free here. They tell you a maximum of 10 downloads, then you can upgrade, but that's not true. It's automatic. Be careful, as soon as the tenth download is finished, the annual transaction starts immediately. I also tried to request a refund via PayPal, but it didn't work. It's a bit of a scam.
