The free trial ends with an automatic transaction of more than €50. Be careful, there's nothing free here. They tell you a maximum of 10 downloads, then you can upgrade, but that's not true. It's automatic. Be careful, as soon as the tenth download is finished, the annual transaction starts immediately. I also tried to request a refund via PayPal, but it didn't work. It's a bit of a scam.

I was honestly a bit skeptical at first. These days, there are so many things on the internet, so I wasn't sure if I would actually receive a refund or even get a response from customer support.
But I was pleasantly surprised!
I accidentally ended up with two subscriptions and contacted customer support for help. They were extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process.
They took the time to understand my situation, canceled the subscriptions immediately, and refunded the charges as an exception to their cancellation policy. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.
A big thank you to the support team for being so understanding and keeping their word. This kind of customer service really makes a difference and definitely changed my initial skepticism into a very positive experience.

Prompt Attention to Problem
I was having trouble signing into Creative Fabrica's website. I have an account through 2029 so I knew it wasn't because my account had expired. I usually have been able to log in via Google, but it kept asking me to log in, never connected. I reached out to customer service, not expecting an answer for a couple of days, but they answered within a few minutes. I had sent a couple of screen shots of what I was seeing and within 15 minutes the problem was solved and now I can log in without difficulty. This was the greatest customer service I have ever received from any company.

The reason I am here writing this review and giving Creative Fabrica 5-stars is because of the customer service that I received from CF. I had a problem with having two accounts. I could only access one account. So, when I was billed for some software that evidently went to the account I could not access, I was unable to take care of it on my own. CF customer service person, Alex, came to my aid and was able to issue me a refund on the account I could not access. They actually listened to what I was saying and took care of my problem. Hats off to Creative Fabrica customer service.

1. They kept charging me for additional advance annual subscriptions and claimed that I had clicked the button to subscribe — which I DID NOT! It was so frustrating that, in the end, I had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from charging me again.
2. I had been using their AI service for a few months, and then one day, they suddenly increased the number of coins required from 750 to 1,100 without any prior notice. That is damn ridiculous. It basically means they can increase the price whenever they want and force users to buy more coins.
Honestly, this is not how a trustworthy company should operate. The lack of transparency is extremely frustrating.
Im going to quit this SCAMMING platform
