I placed my order and immediately upon placing the order I noticed the address was incorrect. I emailed them right away to let them know 5 days ago. They claim 24/7 customer service but I didn't get a response and I followed up 3 times. Instead of a response I received an email saying my order was shipped yesterday. Upset I went on their website to find a phone number or chat feature. I ended up getting through the AI chatbot to a live person who said that the order had just got to them so she can adjust it. I was happy with that. Today I finally received a response to my email from "the head of customer satisfaction" stating that the order is already processed and they cant do anything. I went in and it also looked like the rep I had chatted with did not make the change. Mind you the process is still showing the product is still not with the shipping company so they still have it. I would not trust or recommend this company. When "The Head of Customer Service" takes 5 days to respond with a complete and utter lack of customer service to a situation that was supposedly resolved the day prior it clearly demonstrates a big problem in the company.
