Another fantastic lunch at ERTH!
Some restaurants struggle to maintain their high standards of quality and service. I can assure you that this is not an issue at EARTH. While I don't provide a review for every lunch we've had there, our most recent experience was exceptional. We requested that Beef Master Johnny select two pieces, and he recommended French entrecotes. After sampling meat from various regions across Europe, we decided to explore the options from our native country. The meat was exquisite, and we paired it with a Bourgogne Rouge that complemented the dish perfectly. It is important to acknowledge the exceptional quality of the service and the attentiveness of the waitress, which made our lunch a truly enjoyable experience. If you are in the area and have a penchant for beef, I would highly recommend visiting ERTH.
