Fraudulent charges
This website is such a scam. They advertise free trials, but when I signed up for the free trial, a pop up clicked up that said activate trial now and I was immediately charged $86 CDN for a year. Trial was supposed to renew in October at $3.99/monthly. I was supposed to be charged until October. I didn't authorize any charges to take place prior to trial ending. The whole point of a trial is for someone to decide if they want it. I immediately ca ncelled and emailed customer d service demanding my money back. They said I didn't meet the criteria for a refund. This garbage. I am disputing this with the bank and will be calling a lawyer if not resolved immediately. I have screenshots of free trial offer too. This is disgustingly underhanded of this company

Scam site. They offer a free trial and then charge you for an annual subscription anyway. Emailed them to get it reversed and they refused. Stay away from this site.

I signed up for a free trial and got charged for a year membership along with a monthly. One charge was >$80 and the other was >$70. I realized this quickly upon subscribing for the free trial/eventual monthly payment and cancelled both.
And the 15 second video I had tried to make didn't even work. Bad product, and a scam.

The trial includes a starting coin allocation to use within 30 days - the cost of each generation is displayed on the page before confirming, and any coins used in failed or incomplete generations are returned to the account. If the full coin allocation is used before the 30 days are up, the plan converts to a paid annual subscription, as outlined at checkout.
Regarding the additional charge, coin top-up packs are available as optional add-ons within the platform. I can see that a member of the support team has been in touch regarding this, so please do check your inbox and reply to that thread if you have any questions or need anything further.
On the video generation - thank you for the feedback on that. Results can vary depending on the prompt and settings used, and the support team would be happy to share some guidance on getting the best out of the tool if you'd like to give it another go.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had an issue resolved so quickly and easily as with Creative Fabrica. Their customer support responded incredibly quickly and immediately took care of my problem.
I accidentally subscribed to a plan and was charged €71.26. I contacted their support team, and they helped me very quickly and arranged a full refund.
The communication was friendly, clear, and straightforward. I especially want to thank Iolanda, who helped me a lot and handled my case so kindly and professionally. I also want to say a big thank you to Alex for his help and support throughout the process.
Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Great support…
I had an issue accessing my paid Creative Fabrica account after my Google login email had changed. The problem was a bit complicated because my subscription was connected to my old email address, while Google was using a different email for the login.
The support team was very friendly and helpful and took the time to understand the issue. In the end, they unlinked the Google login from my paid account and helped me switch to a direct email and password login. Everything is working perfectly again now.

Continuous charges 2 years after cancelling
I have been charged each year after cancelling and deleting my account and have to fight for a refund each time after talking to their AI to in order to get to a human. Very disorganized and I expect to see an invoice from them next year around this time. I bought it as a gift for my mom who as far as I know was happy with the service, but this billing situation is insane for how simple it should be.
