Great customer service
I tried out the app liked it so I paid for it. After paying for it the screen shows a big green button that says activate so I pressed it, not knowing it was signing me up for a 2nd subscription. Used the contact form through the web site and few emails and 24 hours later they cancelled and refunded my money.

During free trial it was awesome, once u pay, not so awesome!
So there free trial costs almost $50. Thats not a free trial like they lying about its a subscription i have my reciepts.
During free trial it was awesome. I could download images create vectors, use the color generator, all tools were accessible. The minute you pay the $47 subscription you only have access to pictures that I could get for free online. You don't have access to any of the tools. I thought I was paying for the tool usage, apparently not. I would not waste my money when y'all can get free pics online. Customer Service says maybe I logged in under a different acct. which I only have the one google acct., but even if that's what they want to claim, then it's funny they have my receipt under my google acct. that I'm logged in and using.

Beware of Creative Fabrica!
They offer a free trial that automatically converts into a paid subscription without making this process sufficiently clear to users. I did not receive any clear notification about the subscription activation or the charge. I only discovered it when reviewing my bank statement.
Their customer support is extremely slow and fails to provide timely responses. The platform also makes it difficult to cancel subscriptions, modify account settings, or remove your payment method, claiming that an active plan exists.
I consider these practices misleading and unfair to customers. I feel scammed and demand a resolution and a refund for the unauthorized charges.

Poor move to subscription only, and misleading reviews...
Be careful reading reviews on the site, as they don't publish low-star feedback!
This once *was* a great source site, but my one star now is for the new subscription model, which is basically a ransom to keep being to use fonts and assets commercially. By removing the option just to purchase these, has made the site unusable (aside from free goods) as I don't want to 'rent' fonts etc. Many designers I know feel the same way.
Hopefully they will reverse this decision, as I'm sure many casual users won't realise the legal implications of using assets outside of an ended subscription. So be careful if you sign up with the intention of downloading lots of assets and then cancelling!
