In my experience, CPS are always the most reliable supplier in this part of Suffolk. Communication is excellent even in the troubled times we're all going through with oil market fluctutions.

Easy to order at a reasonable cost- quick & efficient delivery . Very satisfied would use again if price right!

I ordered more oil than was actually delivered due to a faulty guage on my tank, but this was not a problem and a refund was made quickly and with no fuss. Driver was friendly and took care when carrying out the delivery.

Fuel arrived earlier than was stated which was good.
Price was better than other supliers.
Respect for our property.

Only received a single text on Friday with no info about delivery. Driver didn’t attempt to deliver as live in carer was awake at time and waiting, but no knock or attempt to physically reach the inhabitants of the property was made. No knocking attempted and it seems they expected my all my doors and gates to be open for them prior to 7am. I cannot leave doors and gates wide open for all to come and go…especially as a dog owner, this is ridiculous. Again, no instructions communicated prior to the delivery. No voicemail left to say what had happened either so I only found out when I called to ask for an update. Driver supposedly attempted at 7.15 but live in carer was awake and around waiting for the knock between 6.50 and 8.00 at which point he left for work and I was up to call. This is disgusting service as I am a disabled person who needs hot water but haven’t had it and will not have it because of poor communication and service through CPS. Now told will have to wait another 2 days. Disgusting service from all aspects of the company. Shay would rush through talking every time I asked him to slow down due to my mental disabilities in trying to take down an email address - which he was unable to clearly communicate as my email has bounced back. Didn’t want to provide means for raising a complaint. Awful service. As standard, pass the blame onto other people and companies. For future references, treat their deliveries like a surprise. Take a camping chair out onto the road at 5am and coffee and breakfast and even possibly lunch as they will apparently arrive at a mystery time and leave if someone isn’t present within 0.5seconds despite not making themselves known. Only buy oil from CPS if you can commit to the guessing game and enjoy surprises and mind reading. Important to note - also, nowhere do they say anything to indicate what time drivers begin working so it is again, 100% a guessing game for customers.

Always buy from CPS never had any problems Always good prices even in today's world and fast delivery luckily for me this time. I had let it a bit late with my order oil tank was lower than I thought so ordered on 30th May delivered on 2nd June 😀 Thank you

Prompt and communicated well and sent small tanker

Firstly let me say I normally have no problems with CPS oil deliveries at all, and in the scheme of things, this is only a minor issue - however.
I ordered and paid up front for 500 ltrs, but for some reason only known to the driver, he only delivered 499 even though there was still plenty of space in my tank.

Out of principle, I phoned CPS asking for a refund and whilst it is only a few pence, if they do/did this on every delivery, it would soon add up to a nice little profit.

I was in fairness advised that a refund would be credited to my credit card - however over a week later and still no show.

As I say, it's only a matter of a few pence but the principle is what matters to me, as working for an airline, if i'm paid to take you from A to B, and drop you off just short of B, we all know how people would feel.

Come on CPS, firstly take this up with the driver as to why he didn't deliver what he was supposed to, and secondly, please send my due refund.

When ordered the oil price was significantly higher than when the oil was due to be delivered. Contacted CPS and they kindly reduced our price to more accurately reflect the current market conditions.

Obtained a quote which was very competitive and placed order. Was told delivery would be within two weeks but delivered three days later. Very acceptable. Driver delivered with no problems. Only down sided was ordered and paid for 500 litres but only 499 litres delivered.

Best price at the time and my order was delivered in less than a week!

Delivery was fast, only had to wait 2 days. However I wasn’t allowed to pay on delivery which was annoying. I have been using CPS fur several years and always paid on time . They told me it was because people weren’t paying!!
