DISAPPOINTED After three attempts to order heating…
After three attempts to order heating fuel and after one week of waiting I received my order. It turns out that someone "forgot" to order island supply to the local depot. I kept being told "they were busy" because of the war in the Gulf! No deliveries anywhere on the island of Uist or at the fuel pumps! In addition I was part of the Scottish Churches Discount Scheme, but suddenly without explanation I am not. Why! Why the escalation in costs?!! I have always until now had exceptional service from the local Lochcarnan depot.

Always Exceptional Service
I have dealt with Scottish Fuels for nearly 10 years and never had any problem whatsoever ... the people they employ are exceptional, friendly and professional, right from the sales office to the actual driver delivering the Oil.
