The team delivered on their promise to urgently fill our oil tank. We were kept updated on their arrival time. The lady (Holly) who delivered the oil was very pleasant, & delivered the oil quickly & efficiently.

Absolutely amazing service from Heating Oil Today. We woke up to a freezing house and realised that we'd foolishly let our oil tank run completely dry. But after a quick phone call with the friendly and helpful owner, they managed to deliver heating oil in literally three hours! Holly, who delivered the oil, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped me to get our boiler restarted, which was above and beyond. Highly recommended, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

We have just had Tim out from heating oil today. What a great genuine guy! He took the time to explain how my oil boiler worked (new house, and never had oil heating before) and made sure it was all up and running before he left, spending time bleeding the oil line. Will definitely be using again.

Ordered in the AM, delivered the same afternoon (after being let down by 2 other providers) and worked at no extra charge to get my boiler restarted, not leaving until 100% certain our heating and hot water had been restored.

I had a fantastic experience with their prompt same-day service, characterized by excellent communication and a brief delivery timeframe. The woman who brought the fuel went above and beyond by assisting me in clearing the lines to the boiler without any additional charge. Absolutely outstanding!

My wife and I (with two small kids!) just had an absolute nightmare - Ran out of oil on the evening of 21st December.

After a bit of Googling, a brief row about Christmas being ruined (😂), and a quick call to Tim, we realised that Heating Oil Today were absolutely the right people to help. Tim talked us through everything and within 45 minutes we had a plan and oil that we could collect at 7am the following day (a Sunday!). It seemed too good to be true but the following morning I collected 200 litres of oil in 20l canisters, and with Tim’s advice on the boiler restart / bleed, got us back up and running by lunchtime. All fitted (easily) into the back of a BMW 1 series with zero mess or hassle.

Having just noticed the low oil level indicator flashing, I ordered some emergency oil at 12:05 on a Saturday and it was in the tank 2 hours later! Delivered without the driver getting lost, well within the promised time and by large van, rather than a tanker (which cause chaos on surrounding roads). After so many poor deliveries, this was astonishing

From the moment I called, Tim kept me informed by email and text as to the progress of the emergency delivery. They arrived exactly as planned and they had a 30 metre hose so that there was no dragging of jerry cans to fill the tank. In addition, they were also able to help to restart the boiler. As long as the boiler is not broken they can help with getting it going again but not repair it. This help was very necessary as there was a lot of air in the line. Top class service and customer experience.

Brilliant service. Oil delivered before 11am using same day service. Communication was faultless, with several progress updates. Delivery by Tim who somehow got boiler working despite loads of air (oil had run out due to fault). Could not have been better. Quite frankly I’m staggered!

An absolutely amazing company, proper old school with their customer service, actually putting the customer first and genuinely caring about the service they deliver. I placed my order at 11:30am and the oil was delivered at 3:30pm, Tim was so helpful and even bled the boiler for me to get it working as we'd been out of oil for over a week. I’m a heating engineer and look after some very important care homes looking after people with serious disabilities. I called Tim later in the afternoon, as the usual oil supplier had let us down and not turned up. The boss went out personally and filled 2 separate properties for me. But the cherry on the cake was the fact that he stayed and vacuumed the oil through to the burners and stayed to make sure they were ok for no extra money. I have used these types of services in the past. However, HOT are by far the most professional and best value for money I have found. Absolutely Amazing!!
