We recently ordered a bed frame from Christopher Pratts in Leeds. Chris was very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the different options, answered all our questions and helped us choose the right bed without any pressure. The ordering process was straightforward, and the customer service has been excellent so far. We haven't received the bed yet, but based on our experience in the showroom, we are very pleased with the service.

Dale was very helpful when ordering a new mattress and topper. Excellent customer service. I had researched the mattress I wanted and compared prices with many retailers and Christopher Pratts was the best price and the added bonus was free delivery.

Had a great experience buying a couple of sofas at Christopher Pratts. David was really helpful, quickly identifying our style and what sofas would meet our tastes and requirements. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable - and not pushy. They have a wide range, and reasonably priced for the quality.

I liked that I could wonder around the store without being targeted from the sales man . Then when I did find the right piece of furniture David Johnson, the sales man was very helpful.

We love shopping at Christopher Pratts, they have a really big range of furniture products to suit all budgets and it’s laid out so it’s easy to amble round.

Very good service today in Christopher Platts. Andy Aylesbury staff member was very polite, listened to our requirements. Showed us suitable mattresses, put no pressure on us and gave us time to try different mattresses out. I felt relaxed and trusted his opinions and comments on the various products.
