The best de caf ground coffee around. My friends love it too.
Just about to try the instant de caf sticks, they will be great for visiting workmen etc.
Delivery super quick, so I never run out.

Great decaf tea bags. Good taste and nice and strong compared to others. One of the few brands available that doesn't use chemicals to remove the caffeine.

Great decaf tea and great service
Unlike with coffee, teabags decaffeinated by a non-solvent process are quite rare. Had previously used Clipper, but they skimp so much with the quantity of tea in the bags that I was using 2 per mug! Then we found Cornish Tea, which is not only decaffeinated naturally, but delicious. We buy direct, but recently we had a batch where all the tea bags were sliced and the tea coming out. Brad was exceptionally helpful when I contacted them, and my order quickly replaced. Wonderful product and excellent customer service!

Poor service, don’t order direct
Placed an order in 20th December, only got despatched on 2nd January. Some of the items ordered were Christmas gift sets, rather late now. It’s the 3rd January and order not received.
Thank god for Amazon, at least I could order the tea bags off there and get them next day.

Our Christmas delivery cut off date was 18 December, which was noted across the website and at the point of ordering. As your order was placed on 20 December, we were unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
It does look like delivery was attempted a few times before it was successfully received, but I am pleased to see that the order did arrive with you in the end.
Christmas is an extremely busy period for both our team and the couriers, which is why we set a clear cut off date each year to help manage expectations.

Ordered for an Xmas present on the 19th Dec. Item not dispatched or lost. Replacement item sent out on the 2nd Jan. In between I had emailed reporting the item was not recieved- no response whatsoever.

Our Christmas delivery cut off date was 18 December, which was stated across our delivery pages and at the point of ordering. As your order was placed on 19 December, we were unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas. The festive period is exceptionally busy for couriers, so we set this cut off date to help avoid delays where possible.
Our office was also closed for a short period over Christmas to give the team a break, so I apologise for the delay in responding to your email and getting this sorted for you. I am glad we were able to arrange a replacement to be sent out on 2 January.
