Professional and friendly
Robert Morrison and later Stephen Mellor from Roberts Crossley both did a great job of naviagting the purchase of first one flat (withdrew) and then onto another within a tight time frame. Very appreciative of their attention to detail, patience and professionalism. Completed on the very 'last' day. Phew...very friendly service also.

Robert Morrison recommendation.
My girlfriend recommended Rob Morrison after she used him on her last house. We used him again to sell that house when she moved in with me. I’ve just sold through Rob again, and my family used him to sell mums house for her.
Each and every time, Rob has been brilliant. Quick turn around on all enquiries (we paid the extra and was worth it), if he can’t answer a call he will phone back. Always friendly, but remains professional.
Would I recommend him?
Yes, I have to two friends currently selling their houses.

Watch out for fee increases
Really disappointed that the very first email I received increased the quoted price significantly. The increased price was due to a SDLT completion fee which should have been included in the original quote IMO.

Good value
Excellent service but a very slow to progress the file. Replies to email or phone calls are answered after 2-3 days or sometimes completely ignored.
