It is exactly what i need
I'm disabled and assembly wise its not the best
Lining up 4 cross poles all at the same time to join the frames is a nightmare
and really hurt my hands
Also you need quite a bit of force to put the trays in place

Positive product return & refund experience
I ordered a Moov Transfer Board from Complete Care. It is a product designed to assist wheelchair users to transfer sideways from a chair to another surface, such as a bed, sofa, or car.
However, when it arrived it was clear that it could not be used for this purpose, nor was it safe. The board was only 0.6cm thick and therefore, completely flexible. It did not have the strength or rigidity needed to support a person's weight. As I am unable to stand or walk, if I had attempted to use it, the board would have simply folded and collapsed underneath me, and I would end up falling on the floor.
I contacted Complete Care to share my concerns, as I was also thinking of others who might buy it and potentially come to harm.
To their credit and without fuss, Complete Care arranged for the product to be collected and offered a full refund. They also said that they would review the product to determine if it was appropriate to continue selling it, especially if there was a safety issue with it (at the time of writing, the item is still listed for sale on their website).
Although I did not get the product I wanted, I was impressed with the quality of customer service and support throughout – so I would definitely recommend them on that basis alone.

Perfect shower mat!
