You have to pay for retuning heavy walking sticks!
Unfortunately I am quite short and these sticks are too high even on the shortest button, although they are very pretty sticks. So basically they aren't fit for purpose. My main problem is that when I went to return them I have to pay postage back which is unheard of nowadays. To return them through their returns service is £12. So hardly any point sending them back with the refund ending up being less than half. I am disabled and have mobility issues and chose to order from this company as I thought they were a reputable company. I will never buy from this company again!! I haven't returned them but sold them on so I don't feel ripped off

The raised toilet seat arrived within a few days in perfect condition as it was packed in a sturdy box. The instructions to build it were simple & clear & I had it done & up &running within the hour. It is a great help for people with weakened leg muscles & this is my second such toilet seat. It is sturdy & makes me feel safe & supported. A good purchase.

Good quality product 
The seat I bought was very good quality, although my shower is very small, so I knew I was going to have a problem with it, fitting properly. Sadly, they don’t sell anything smaller.
